Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the size chart on the product page. That's more reliable than going by your usual shoe size. Between sizes or wide feet: go one size up.

Fully. EVA doesn't absorb water, so the gym shower, the pool and the changing room are no problem. They also dry in minutes.

Rinse under the tap or wipe with a damp cloth. No washing machine, no special products. For stubborn marks, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft brush is enough.
